Emma Sims, M.D., FACOG

Emma Sims, M.D., FACOG founded Women of the Woodlands in 2003.

Emma resides in The Woodlands with her husband Charles and her four fantastic children; Jordan, Luke, Nicholas, and Jillian.

She graduated from University of Texas with a B.S. of Zoology and a B.A. of Psychology. She then obtained her M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. Emma completed residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, while her husband Charles fulfilled his Navy commitment.

After residency, Dr. Sims moved to The Woodlands to be close to her family. She loves the hometown environment where she can ride with her daughter to school each day, while enjoying the amenities that Houston provides.
